DEPOSITS:
All bookings require a 20% deposit to hold your reservation date, with the remainder due the day of your event. Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure a smooth and magical experience for everyone, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

For Private Events (Tank Shows, Pool Parties, Dry Land Appearances)
  • Deposits are non-refundable. A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date.
  • ​Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may be rescheduled once within 6-12 months at no additional cost (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full booking amount.
  • In cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies, the event may be rescheduled or refunded (minus deposit) at Una’s discretion.
For Mermaid Swim Lessons at Aquatic Sports
  • Swim class cancellations and policies are managed directly through Aquatic Sports. Please refer to their cancellation guidelines when registering.

TRAVEL POLICY:
Travel, gas, mileage and lodging expenses are added in for any event or engagement located beyond 25 miles of the Portland Metro-Area. Travel rates are based on State standards and will vary depending on distance, and length of stay for event. 

Mermaid Tank Encounter

Experience a world of underwater magic! Una the Mermaid performs live in a stunning vintage-style 900-gallon mermaid tank. Encounter includes bubble interactions, treasures for visitors, storytelling, and interacting with guests through the glass. Ideal for festivals, fairs, and block-party events. Includes setup, photo ops, and optional games or themed adventures.

BASE RATE: $1,000 for 3 hours

Mermaid Lagoon Encounter

A magical, immersive experience that brings the enchantment of the mermaid realm to your event—without the full tank setup.
The Mermaid Lagoon Encounter is a scaled-down, artfully designed environment where Una the Mermaid interacts with guests in a whimsical cove-inspired setting. Choose between a dry-land lagoon or a splash-friendly water lagoon, each offering its own kind of ocean magic.

🌿 Dry-Land Lagoon 
Perfect for indoor venues or land-based events. This decorative setup may include:
  • Mermaid nautical perches
  • A majestic Sea Throne for photos
  • A dry “bubble ball” pool for playful fun
    All decorative elements are tailored to create a cozy and interactive mermaid hideaway.
BASE PRICE: (Dry-Land Lagoon) Starting at $450 for up to 2 hours
Includes:
  • Full decorative dry-land lagoon setup
  • Una the Mermaid in character for light interaction, storytelling, and photos
  • Optional features like Sea Throne, bubble ball pool, or nautical perches
  • Setup/breakdown included (but not counted in performance time)
Add-Ons:
  • Extra hour: +$100
  • Sea Throne with photo backdrop: +$50
  • Add Randy Riptide (or second mermaid character): +$150
  • Mermaid treasure game or scavenger quest: +$75

💦 Wet Lagoon Options
Designed for warm-weather or outdoor events, this mermaid splash zone includes your choice of:
  • Decorative pop-up frame pool
  • Shell-shaped splash pond
  • Inflatable “Blow-Up Fish Bowl” lagoon
All lagoon options are colorfully styled and require water access. The lagoons are for mermaid swimming or wading only, no guest or public entry into the water. The Mermaid Lagoon Encounter is ideal for birthdays, festivals, or themed parties seeking an engaging, kid-friendly attraction with a watery-mystical twist. A stunning visual centerpiece that invites guests to enter a world of wonder.

BASE PRICE: (Splash Lagoon) Starting at $600 for up to 2 hours

Pool Parties

Make a splash at your next pool party! Una will swim with guests and offer in-water games, stories, and photos. A memorable experience for children or adults who want to swim alongside a real mermaid. Great for birthdays, summer parties, or private events.
BASE RATE: $375 for 1-hour

Includes:
  • Una the Mermaid in pool with kids (or adults)
  • Simple storytelling, water games, photos
  • Requires pre-confirmed pool temp, depth & access

Upgrades:
  • Treasure bag party favors (per child)
  • Additional mermaid or Randy Riptide appearance
  • Dry-Land Photo or Selfie-station

Dry-Land Engagements

Perfect for indoor/outdoor parties or events without water access! Una brings her magic to you on dry land—offering magic bubbles, storytelling, sea treasures for guests, and photo opportunities!

BASE RATE: $200 for 1-hour

Sea Shell, Oracle, and Mermaid Tarot Readings

Tap into the mysteries of the deep with Una’s seashell and mermaid-themed oracle and/or tarot readings. Available for private sessions, group gatherings, or as a unique attraction at festivals and markets. Readings are intuitive, uplifting, and sea-spirited. *Readings are for ages 12 and up.

Private Bookings:
  • $50 for 30-minute personal session (in-person or virtual)
  • $100 for 1-hour personal or small group (2–4 people)

​Events & Fairs:
  • $300 half day (3 hours)
  • $500 full day (5–6 hours)

 Mermaid Swim Lessons (Ages 6-12)

Make your child's mermaid dreams come true! Una the Mermaid teaches swim lessons through Aquatic Sports in a fun, safe, and imaginative environment. These small-group classes offer magical mermaid movement techniques in and out of a mermaid tail and mono-fin, while emphasizing water safety and confidence.
  • Current Rate: $79 per child
  • Ages: 6–12
  • Requirement: Basic unassisted swim competency
  • Registration: All sign-ups are managed through Aquatic Sports. [see link below]

Mermaid Cheer Visits

Una the Mermaid offers gentle, one-on-one cheer visits for children, adults, or elders who are either suffering severe chronic or terminal illness, and/or are confined or disabled due to medical other conditions. These visits are designed to bring comfort, magic, and a moment of connection to those navigating illness, recovery, or isolation. Whether in a special onsite location, a private home, hospice room, or care setting, Una arrives with tenderness and imagination, offering quiet storytelling, song, and presence tailored to the individual’s needs.

🫧 A suggested honorarium or donation is appreciated to help cover travel costs, but never required
🕊️ Visits are scheduled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability
